One flat rate, whatever size your camp is

No per-seat fees and no tiers. We do not publish the figure, because what matters is whether it fits your operation — so we would rather learn how your camp runs, then give you a straight number on the call.

The comparison that matters

It is not an added cost. It replaces one.

Your kitchen already pays for the left-hand column — in food thrown away and hours nobody bills for. That is what the flat rate should be weighed against, and it is the comparison a board will make anyway.

What you pay for today

  • Menus rebuilt from a blank page every spring
  • Spreadsheets that fork between stations and fall out of sync
  • Over-ordering as insurance, and the spoilage that follows
  • Admin hours spent retyping orders and prep sheets
  • Allergen tracking held in one person’s memory
All included

What the flat rate covers

  • Every module, for your whole team — no per-seat fees
  • No tiers and no add-ons, so no feature costs extra
  • Hands-on onboarding and training, not a login and a PDF
  • A named account manager who knows camp kitchens
  • Your recipes, menus, and season history stay yours

Questions

Ask us directly

What is included in the flat rate?

Every module — recipes, menu planning, inventory, ordering, requisitions, and tasks — for your whole team, plus onboarding, training, and a named account manager. There is no higher tier holding features back.

Why is the price not published here?

Because we would rather have the conversation. One flat rate covers every camp, but whether it fits depends on how many kitchens you run, when your season starts, and what you are replacing. We would rather understand that and give you a straight number than have you weigh a figure with no context around it.

Is pricing per user?

No. One flat rate covers your whole kitchen team, with role-based permissions so everyone sees what they need. Taking on seasonal staff each summer does not change what you pay.

Does the price change with our camper numbers?

No. A 400-camper season costs the same in software as a 90-camper one. Pricing does not scale with headcount, which is the main way this differs from per-seat tools built for restaurants.

What happens between seasons?

Your menus, recipes, vendor lists, and history stay in place year-round, because next season starting from this season’s data is the entire point. We will cover off-season terms on the call.

Who owns our data?

You do. Your recipes, menus, and operational history belong to your camp, not to us.
